Hosanna (Palm Sunday)

Mar 24, 2024    Erin Wood

On Palm Sunday, we remember how Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey to the praises of the crowds. The people celebrated and shouted “Hosanna!“, which is a cry of praise that translates to “Save us now!“. Palm Sunday is a chapter in the greatest story ever lived, the story of Jesus’ death and resurrection, and kicks off a very special week called Holy Week. In today’s sermon we dig into the truths of these stories for our lives today, and the invitations God might have for us in the story of Holy Week and, ultimately, Easter - the greatest story ever lived.
