The Great Commission: Forgotten Mission

One of the beliefs and foundations of our church is mission and outreach: reaching the lost, carrying out the great commission of the Lord Jesus. The Great Commission is the driving force of this church. As Christians, our vocation is much higher than just a Sunday morning for an hour or so in this room. Our calling is not only at 18800 Norwalk Boulevard, Artesia, Ca 90701. We are called to fill our character and build relationships with others on the basis of God’s Grace and reach out to the lost both here, around here and across the face of this earth. We no longer live for ourselves. We no longer live for our own comfort or security. After we receive salvation from God, we must come out of our “shell” of security and comfort, because the Salvation we receive will definitely affect our relationship with God and our relationship with believers and unbelievers.
