Summer day camp
REGISTRATION FOR 2027 will OPEN MARCH 1, 2027!
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW AND MAKE SURE ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED.
IF ALL ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED AND SIGNED, REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Steps to Register
-Click on the forms below to download and print. Most forms are fillable, but the Medication Form (if needed) must be printed to sign.
-REGISTRATION FORMS: Complete and sign the entire registration forms – two pages.
**IMPORTANT POLICY: Circle ONLY the weeks that your child will attend Day Camp.
A $50 fee will be charged for cancelled weeks.
-FORM #2: ONLY IF your child has any allergies and/or medication needs, complete and sign.
-MEDICATION FORM: ONLY IF your child needs to have medication administered at Day Camp. This form must be completed in full by parents and returned along with the medication to the Children’s Ministries office before the first day of Day Camp. Please complete one form per medication.
-ACH FORM: Automatic payments (ACH or Credit/Debit Card) are required for all tuition and fees. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card two weeks before each week of camp.
If you currently use ACH for the school-year program and would like to use the same payment information for summer, please email connectingkids@nl-cc.org. Payment information does not transfer automatically between programs.
-RETURN ALL COMPLETED FORMS - Forms may be submitted to the Children’s Ministries Office, B204 through the slot in our door (anytime) or scanned and emailed to connectingkids@nl-cc.org, provided all forms are signed.
The Registration fees and first week of camp fees will be paid via ACH the Tuesday after your registration is processed. To ensure your weekly spot, each additional week's fees will be paid via ACH on the Tuesday, two weeks in advance of each week that your camper will attend.

The deadline to register for Week #1 is 9:00am on Wednesday 5/20/26, NO EXCEPTIONS!
The deadline to register for any week after Week #1 is 9:00am the Wednesday before that week.
-Parent Handbook: Make sure that you print out or view the handbook as you are responsible to read, understand and abide by its contents.
