REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Registration can be done by:
-  Drop off safely through the slot in our door - B204
-  Visit our office by contacting us to schedule an appointment
-  Scan and email forms to connectingkids@nl-cc.org
Please call or email if you would like to know which schools we 
provide transportation to and from.

IF ALL ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED, REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

This does not guarantee a spot – that is to be determined once you have turned in your
completed registration forms.  You will be advised of enrollment acceptance as soon as possible.

• Payment:   Your initial payment for the registration fee (non-refundable) will be run through ACH after your registration is processed. You will receive an invoice informing you of the date that fees will be withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card. Monthly fee invoicing will begin August 1st for August fees.
• Parent Handbook:  You are responsible to read, understand and abide by its contents.        

      
LIST OF REQUIRED FORMS:
Please ensure that you submit the following forms to complete the registration process (not all forms may be required):

1. Registration Forms (2 pages). 
2. Identification and Emergency Information Form - is not needed if it was completed for last school year 2024-2025 or before. REQUIRED for new children.
3. Notification of Parents' Rights -  is not needed if it was completed for last school year 2024-2025 or before. REQUIRED for new children.
4. Personal Rights - is not needed if it was completed for last school year 2024-2025 or before. REQUIRED for new children.
5. Form #2 - only if your child has any allergies or medications to take at Connecting Kids.
6. Medication Form - only if your child has medication to take at Connecting Kids.
7. ACH Form

                                 Missing or incomplete forms will delay your registration.
