Gifted for Ministry

We all have ministry God has called us to do. We are not meant to do this ministry though on our own strength or ambition, but to rely on Gods empowerment through His Holy Spirit. Just as the Holy Spirit poured out gifts to Christs followers in the book of Acts, God wants to pour out gifts on us for great works and simple works of ministry. How can we invite God, the Holy Spirit to pour out His gifts to us?
